Susan has a passion for transforming data into actionable insights that help organizations derive value from information.
An engineer by training and an experienced business builder, Susan brings deep expertise in data science, predictive modeling, sensor technology, and data harvesting to product innovation. She holds six U.S. patents for leveraging sensor data to generate new intelligence in transportation and commodities markets. Her technical skill set spans software development, machine learning, signal analysis, image analysis, and generative AI—key tools she uses to create impactful new products.
Beyond her work at Action Intel, Susan co-chairs the board of Young Authors Greenhouse, where she empowers young people to find their voices through writing.

Creed Gann is a dedicated advocate for the U.S. Inland River System and the people who work it. With over 15 years in operations and product leadership, he’s helped build tools that bring visibility, efficiency, and data clarity to inland transportation

Dave leads strategic product management and solutions engineering at Action Intel, leveraging decades of expertise in technology and commodities supply chains.
Growing up on a grain and livestock farm in Indiana, Dave developed a lifelong connection to agriculture and supply chains. Throughout his diverse career, he has held key roles in sales, marketing, and management with organizations such as SOILTEQ, AGCO’s Advanced Technology Solutions, Southern States Cooperative, Spensa Technologies, and DTN, following its acquisition of Spensa in 2018.
In 2022, Dave founded Vision Technology Management, LLC, where he applies his extensive industry knowledge to help businesses adopt and implement advanced technologies to improve their operations.
